Brijesh, an entrepreneur, started 2nd start-up, ORGCHEM LLC, in February 2020, navigating through challenging times of COVID lockdown and leading the organization to assist customers in solving problems related application of chemistry and chemical engineering. In his previous professional career was the founder of IDEON LLC, where he spent over 15 years building a research & development company prior to its successful conclusion, as well as, 17 years in the corporate world with Sun Chemical, world leading manufacturer of pigments, printing inks and supplies, supporting various functions, from developing UV and EB curable/solvent and waterborne inks and coatings, to setting up the manufacturing plant, geographical expansion as well as quality control protocols and supply logistics, followed by various business leadership roles. Brijesh has a BS in Chemical Engineering, an MS in chemistry, and an MBA in business administration. He will provide a market overview of the chemical industry, more specifically food packaging printing inks, industrial paints, and coating.

Dr. Pace is an Analytical Scientist with broad experience in global regulatory affairs, analytical laboratory operations & instrumentation, food packaging materials testing, and product stewardship for consumers. He has expertise in chemical migration assessments and analytical testing of food-contact, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and personal care packaging materials, focusing on chemical compositions, impurities, and reactions by-products. During his career, he earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Food Science from Rutgers University. He has presented at numerous scientific conferences and symposia and is an author of several publications in scientific literature. He will be speaking on The Regulatory Compliance of Food Contact Inks, Coatings, and Packaging Materials. 

Margaret supports business growth through expanded knowledge in the coatings market including, automotive OEM and refinish, architectural, industrial, and other functional coatings. Chemistry includes solvent-borne, waterborne, and energy cure. Applications in spray coating, color matching, synthesis, and analytical testing. She will discuss the role of colors in our daily lives as well as the science behind colors.

Technical support to clients via synthesis and formulation background in polymer synthesis for the printing ink and paint industries along with formulation in pigment dispersion for both industries as well as paint and printing ink formulation including a strong background in the formulation of electrically conductive inks for Polymer Thick Films (PTF). He will discuss the chemistry of inks and paints. 

In Ajay's years of telecommunications experience, Ajay has persevered through an incredible amount of adversity by way of many mergers/acquisitions and divestitures – Western Electric, AT&T, Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent, and Nokia. Adaptable and results-driven are two characteristics that have defined his tenure in the telecommunications space. Ajay has demonstrated the ability to navigate the firm, leverage resources, strategize and deal with various levels of management, and create operational efficiencies. He will share his knowledge of business management and its impact on an organization.
