Printed Electronic Inks
The market for each of the eight different conductive ink types across 15 different applications. Conductive ink types include flake-based silver, nanoparticle-based silver, copper, stretchable/thermoformable, and particle-free, while applications include photovoltaics, multiple types of printed sensors, flexible hybrid electronics (FHE), in-mold electronics (IME), and RFID/smart packaging.
Orgchem LLC expertise in in what is regarded to as Polymer Thick Film conductive inks. These inks are low temperature cure, 150C or less and can be applied to all substrates depending on ink formulation (paper, PET, polycarbonate, metal, ceramic, glass, etc.). Primary application of our inks are screen printing and digital, however, if interested we also have experience for flexographic and gravure conductive inks.
